Apple comes through where Verizon, surprise, sucks
Saturday, January 28th, 2012

Case 285702817 I recall buying Apple Care for my Verizon iPhone on my initial purchase. I am on my 4th replacement, and discovered with this replacement that “I didn’t have Apple Care.” Huge amounts of time and frustration with Verizon yesterday (who denied that I had Apple Care) was differentiated with Apple this morning. Apple Store-The Domain: MBPro Hardware Test
Tuesday, March 16th, 2010

Got a hardware test because I’m not traveling with my original DVDs, just Snow Leopard DVD. Checked out fine, but they wanted to keep my MacBook Pro. I said I would do it when I was home.

To the Pioneer Place Apple Store

Saturday, November 15th, 2008

Back to My Mac promises the world and delivers a dildo that turns out to be old and used.

To the Apple Store Again: No Genius
Wednesday, November 12th, 2008

I was buoyed with the thought that I might finally be at the end of my Apple hell. . . .however Apple has not set amount of time that it expects its customers to wait for appointments. My experience today says that it is at least 15 minutes. I wonder what would happen if I was 15 minutes late for an appointment.

2.5 Hours in the Apple Store & Nothing Solved
Saturday, November 8th, 2008

I’m sure I didn’t mean to tell them to transfer the problems to my new system. What kind of tech support is that?

A Dreaded Trip to the Apple Store
Friday, October 31st, 2008

1. The design of the Apple Store’s Genius Bar is awful.
2. Now I understand why businesses don’t choose Mac. I keep losing billing hours.
