Maybe the same reason I did not make a good Catholic is the same reason I’m not a good Apple Customer. I’m looking for answers and all I get is dogma, doctrine, and excuses. Apple throws in a modern twist: Say, “I’m sorry.” as often as you can. The Catholics are never sorry.

I was buoyed with the thought that I might finally be at the end of my Apple hell. . . .however Apple has not set amount of time that it expects its customers to wait for appointments. My experience today says that it is at least 15 minutes. I wonder what would happen if I was 15 minutes late for an appointment.
